President Trump Expresses Doubt on Supreme Court

President Trump said on Sunday that it might be difficult to get his election fraud allegations heard before the U.S. Supreme Court, expressing doubt about his legal strategy as his hopes of overturning the Nov. 3 election dwindle.

“The problem is it’s hard to get it to the Supreme Court,” Trump said in a telephone interview with Fox News. “I’ve got the best Supreme Court advocates, lawyers that want to argue the case if it gets there.”Trump said he would still continue to fight the results of election, which was won by Democratic President-elect Joe Biden. “My mind will not change in six months,” Trump told Fox News.

In his first full interview since the November election, the president slammed judges’ decisions on his legal challenges to the 2020 election’s results.

“We’re not allowed to put in our proof. They say you don’t have standing,” Trump told “Sunday Morning Futures.” “I would like to file one nice big beautiful lawsuit, talking about this and many other things, with tremendous proof. We have affidavits, we have hundreds and hundreds of affidavits.

“You mean as president of the United States, I don’t have standing? What kind of a court system is this?” Trump told host Maria Bartiromo.

Trump refuses to concede the 2020 election. Meanwhile, his rival, former Vice President Joe Biden, is announcing Cabinet members and plans for when he takes office in January. On Friday, Trump claimed Biden must prove that the votes he received in the election were not “illegally obtained” in order to enter the White House.

There have also been weeks of legal challenges from the Trump campaign in battleground states like Pennsylvania alleging voter fraud.

“We’re trying to put the evidence in, and the judges won’t allow us to do it,” Trump said. “We have so much evidence. You probably saw Wednesday last week we had a hearing in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. … Unbelievable witnesses, highly-respected people, that were truly aggrieved.”

Biden crossed the 80 million-vote threshold on Friday with ballots still being counted, giving the former vice president a lead of more than 6 million votes.

Case after case has been rejected by judges around the country. The latest rebuff came from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which on Saturday turned down a lawsuit filed by Trump supporters seeking to contest Biden’s win in the state.

Trump also complained that the Department of Justice and FBI were not helping him.

They are “missing in action,” he said.

Trump’s legal team has shrugged off legal failures by saying it’s all part of a march to the Supreme Court. The court has a 6-3 conservative majority and three justices appointed by Trump — the latest, Amy Coney Barrett, was confirmed by the Senate just weeks ago.

But Trump has been pummeled in the lower courts, in part because his campaign’s lawsuits haven’t backed up his out-of-court claims of widespread fraud.

Carpetbagging Hollywood celebrities are aggressively inserting themselves in the hotly contested Georgia Senate runoff elections, attempting to build momentum for the Democratic candidates in hopes of tipping the balance of the U.S. Senate. After targeting black and Latino voters, Hollywood is now setting it sights on the youngest of voters.

Joan of Arcadia and Two and a Half Men actress and Time’s Up activist Amber Tamblyn is urging 17-year-olds who will turn 18 by January 5 to register for the state’s runoffs, saying that they are eligible to cast a ballot in the coming elections.

“My Georgia babies,” the actress said in a video posted Friday. “Were you born in 2003? Are you turning 18 by January, 5 2021? If so, you can register to vote right now for the runoff elections coming up. So do it! And yes, these eyelashes are real, so don’t even.”

Georgia allows teenagers as young as 17 1/2 years of age to register to vote, though they must have reached 18 years of age to cast a ballot.

The state’s runoff elections, set for January 5, are among the most watched in the nation. Candidates Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warrnock are hoping to unseat incumbent Republican Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, thereby tipping the Senate for Democrats.

Amber Tamblyn is the latest Hollywood celebrity to lend her social media influencer power to Georgia Democrats. Stars Kumail Nanjiani and Sophia Bush are pushing Win Both Seats, a fundraising initiative for “black and brown” community organizers who are working to get out the minority vote for the Democratic hopefuls.

None of these stars lives in Georgia, or even hails from the state. Both Tamblyn and Bush were raised in Southern California while Nanjiani comes from Pakistan and is a naturalized U.S. citizen.

Donald Trump Says ‘Never Bet Against Me’ Outlines Path to 2020 Victory

Donald Trump on Thursday outlined his path to victory in the 2020 election, showing a readiness to challenge former Vice President Joe Biden’s large leads in several key states.

“Never bet against me,” Trump said, in his first post-election interview with Washington Examiner reporter Byron York.

Former Vice President Joe Biden, Democrats, and corporate media figures continue pressing the president to concede the election so that a speedy transition of power can take place.

But Donald Trump indicated he was unwilling to concede the election as long as votes were being counted and challenged in court.

To start with, Trump argued, he could win Wisconsin, where his campaign has requested a recount of the election.

Arizona, he continued, could find 8,000 votes for him if the campaign could get an audit of the votes cast in that state.

A hand recount of the votes in Georgia could also gain up to 11,000 votes.

“Hand counting is the best,” he said. “To do a spin of the machine doesn’t mean anything. You pick up ten votes. But when you hand count — I think we’re going to win Georgia.”

Trump estimated that he won North Carolina but joked that Democrats might find a bunch of new Biden votes from urban areas like Charlotte.

The campaign had strong cases in Michigan and Pennsylvania, he said, where Republican campaign observers were excluded from watching the counting process. Trump estimated that millions of unobserved votes could have gone through the counting process.

“They wouldn’t let our poll watchers and observers watch or observe,” Trump said, “That’s a big thing. They should throw those votes out that went through during those periods of time when [Trump observers] weren’t there.”
